- How fit do I need to be to take part?
- Our workouts are designed for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. You decide how hard you want to push yourself and our International Trainer Team will always offer options to suit everyone. You can do as much or as little as you want, but the atmosphere is electric and will keep you motivated for more!
- What should I do if I am injured?
- In the event of an emergency, please seek assistance from a Les Mills Crew member.
There is an ambulance parked outside the venue should medical assistance be required.
- Can I find food or drinks in the venue?
- Yes. Food or drinks may be purchased at the venue through WeChat, Alipay or cash. You are also allowed to bring some snacks. Find a seat and enjoy your rest time in the Rest Area when you finish your class.
- Are there shower facilities?
- No, there are not shower facilities.
- But what if I get really sweaty?
- We would love to be able to provide shower facilities, however due to the size of the LES MILLS LIVE series this is only a dream. Top tip from the Les Mills trainer team who are sweating it out on stage…bring wet wipes.
- Are there any cloak room or leave baggage facilities
- No large bags are allowed into classes and we ask that participants store their personal belongings at the bag-storage booth located within the venue. Directional signage has been placed within the venue to direct to you to bag-storage areas.
The maximum size per bag for storage is 50cm x 40cm x 20cm. We recommend that you keep valuables on you at all times and larger items such as suitcases and travel luggage, are left at your hotel.
- What time should I arrive?
- As there will be a huge number of participants on spot, and everyone has to go through security inspection and get a competition package. To ensure you a fully enjoyable class, please arrive at least 60 minutes ahead of your class. The sports center will only be open to ticket holders to classes that will begin in 90 min.
- Where I can take a break in between classes?
- There will be limited seats available should you wanted to take a break in between classes. Please follow the signage.
- Can I bring my children?
- LES MILLS LIVE is an adult-only event.
- Can friends and family come and watch?
- Due to health and safety, only ticket holders are allowed at the event.
- Any recommendation for hotel and accommodation?
- You can choose from various booking platforms, like Ctrip, TripAdvisor, Booking, Agoda, etc.
- Can I register without Chinese ID card and phone number?
- If you don't have Chinese ID card, you may choose Passport/Other to input your identity number, and remember to carry it with you when you go to the Live event.
- What’s included in my ticket?
- According to your ticket type, your ticket will guarantee you to different number of classes that you select at the time of booking. If you feel you’re up for more, additional spots might be available on site – check when you register at the event.
The ticket also includes a competition package with a wristband, a towel and a badge in it.
- How many sessions can I book on to?
- According to your ticket type, our ticket will guarantee you to classes that you present at the time of booking. If you feel you’re up for more, additional spots might be available on site – check when you register at the event.
- How can I get my ticket?
- Please follow the steps below when you visit the venue.
For entry:Please show confirmation of your purchased ticket by message or email
Ticket and Goody-Bag: Please present your ID card or passport to activate your QR code and get your goody-bag
Entrance into the venue is only available to attendees 90-minutes prior to your class ticket time. Earlier entry may be refused.
- What if I want to go to a session I am not registered for?
- Additional sessions might be available on-site – check when you register at the event.
- Can I change my registration?
- It is not possible to change your registration after purchasing, please see above regarding going to non-registered sessions.
- Will there be any observer seat?
- No, there is no observer seat, all participants must be admitted by ticket only
- I can’t remember the sessions I booked on to?
- Please check your emails/SMS, the confirmation will have what sessions you booked on to.
- Is there any discount? How can I get it?
- You can get a discount according to the number of classes you buy. There are A and B areas in the venue and cost differently. Area A is closer to the stage and presenters. In same area, you can get 30% off when buying more than 5 classes, and 20% off for 3-4 classes. Please follow our social media post to know more about the event and discount. You can also get discount link from the friends who buy the tickets and get 10% off for 1-2 classes. Different Discount may be available in different sequence, please follow our post for more information.
- Can I see my ticket-purchasing record after booking?
- You may check your email for details or log in your account that you used when purchasing your tickets. You will find all of your ticket info in Personal Center.
- Can I log in without registration?
- Sorry, we need your personal information to send you follow-up notifications; it will also make your purchase easier. If you log in with a third-party account, you will need to complete your personal information in Personal Center.
- Why is there a pop-up message saying ‘you have booked the class’ when I try to book tickets?
- One can only book one class for once. If such message pops up, it is likely that your friend has bought it for you.
- Why does my AliPay or WeChat Pay always fail?
- If you can’t use AliPay or WeChat Pay on your mobile phone, please check the following things: 1. Is there any payment limit per day or per deal on your Alipay and WeChat Pay; 2. Does your security setting block web payment; 3. Is your mobile phone connected to network? If you are on a PC browser, please turn on the pop-up window function of your browser.
- Can I buy tickets on site?
- We are afraid that you cannot enter without booking the tickets. Besides, the earlier you book tickets, the easier it will be for you to opt in for one’s desired courses.
- Can I change or refund the ticket?
- We are afraid that tickets are not refundable. However, if you want to add courses on site, please contact the staff at the Ticket Center.
- What‘s the difference between A ticket and B ticket?
- Different tickets represent different areas. A ticket holders will stand the closest to the stage and international presenters. Please refer to the floor plan for details.
- Can I use more than one discount at a time?
- We are afraid not.
- Can I buy tickets for others (not myself)?
- Sorry. Due to public safe issue, the tickets will be limited for personal use and link with your personal ID card or Passport. Please fill in the identity information of the actual participant on the ticket page and select the course. Please buy tickets as early as possible since the number of tickets for each course is limited.
- Can I transfer the tickets to others?
- If there are tickets left in the system, you can fill in the identity information of the actual participant directly at the time of purchase. If the ticket is purchased, it means that the participant's personal information is already filled in, then please do not transfer the tickets to others, to avoid potential problems during ticket redemption and admission.
